Word Cards Option 3: Share an activity idea or classroom resource that you have found online or created yourself that involves primary students exploring private and public information sharing. It could be a video, lesson plan, storybook, song or anything else!

In table groups, students will be given a set of cards. They will be a mixture of private and public information. The students must use a template of an Instagram post that depicts what their card says. Once they are done, they will present their creation to their table, and the rest of the students have to write a “comment” underneath that either says “Private” or “Public”. After this activity, the teacher can have a class discussion with the whole class about how they depicted their card, and whether their table members guessed correctly.
