In this task, we learnt about how information can be used with different technologies. Humans can leave traces of information within technologies by:

• posting on social media
• subscribing to newsletters or different pages
• leaving reviews online
• shopping online
• creating accounts online
• signing up for coupons

An example of this is when I was going to buy concert tickets without checking the credibility of the website I was buying them from. I had signed in, got to the shopping cart and put in my card details before I realised the website was dodgy. I was very lucky to get away with it without money being taken from my account.
