Unit 2

To have students explore private and public information sharing, you could provide them each with a paper plate. After asking questions and discussing words or images the teacher has provided, the students divide their plate in half and draw or glue on further images and words of private or public information into the correct half of their full plate. Then a half plate is provided which is decorated with “KEEP PRIVATE”. This half is stapled to the corner so that it covers the private images or words. (And can be opened to remind them what is private).
