An example of digital technology which is used to solve a problem, and one that I personally adore, is an app called ReWi. It bridges the gap between research and common life application of the theory into practice, while making an easy and accessible means of using robust theory to improve mental health, well being and happiness.
Based on studies on what builds long-term, robust happiness in people this app helps you engage with, participate in and actively create moments which build happiness over time. The app is informative, and is also a practical way of having interesting scientific data (not all of which is intuitive), and apply that data in one’s own life and practice.
