Option 2: Design an activity that explores sequences of instructions. In the early years, this could be an activity that encourages children to develop skills in putting things into a logical sequence. In the older years this could be more complex and involve students playing a game or doing an activity. If you are teaching remotely (online) describe an activity that students can participate in from home or in an online environment.
The activity I have thought of is the students creating their own board game. The game must be authentic and involve multiple instructions. The students will then write the instructions out and test them with a peer to ensure the sequence is correct. The games and instruction will then be presented to the class for assessment. This activity could also be completed online where the students then play the game with their family and the family provides feed back on the sequence.
