Task 5 option 1
Option 1: Think of a lesson idea for “sharing information online safely” or “behaving online appropriately”. Write your idea as a brief description with any links to websites, videos or books that you might use in your lesson. If you are a trainer or leader, you might describe an activity for teachers in a professional development session.
Students can be introduced to the basics of cybersafety and online behaviour. Simple tips, such as “never share your password” and “if you wouldnt say it to their face, dont say it online” are given to students.
Educators can create a fun and creative artefact to help students remember the safety tips that they were given. Examples include a song/rap, a picture book, or a rhyme/poem.
