Lesson Idea: for year 3/4

As part of a unit exploring and comparing past and present technologies you could get students to bring all of the old phones, tablets and computers they may have at home. As the teacher you could bring in some new technology like your current laptop and your phone. Get the students to note the similarities and differences between the technologies using proper terms. If not many students have old technologies at home you could go for a scavenger hunt around the school and get students to identify which technology is new and which is old and compare them.
