Task 6: Algorithms and Programming

The fundamental concepts behind algorithms and computational thinking, including the identification of instructions, sequences of instructions, and then the more powerful concepts of using decisions to change what is done, and using repetition to repeat instructions. In this example activity we will explore how sequences of instructions can be used in some classroom activities, starting with a simple sentence game that can be used to help organise and make sense of sequences, and a fun activity that helps explore correct and incorrect sequences of instructions.
