Task 2

Option 1: Collect and visualise some data collected from your classroom, your home, online or from your community. Identify how best to represent your data visually, and then prepare a visualisation – this could be done on paper, a whiteboard, using physical objects, or you could try out infographic software. Please share your visualisation with the community, either by taking and sharing a photo, taking a screen shot or sharing a link to your visualisation.
Option 2: Find and share a useful data source that teachers could use as a resource for classroom activities. This could be an online data source, data students could collect in their school or local community or even in their homes. Please share with the community, along with your ideas on how this data source could be used in the classroom.

Option 3: If you were hosting a professional development session with teachers or your colleagues (online or face-to-face), what activity could you do that involves teachers collecting, organising and presenting information?

Option 4: If you are teaching students remotely (online), what types of data activities could students do from home? This could be an activity with or without technology.
