X marks the spot

As a fun outdoor activity that explores sequences of instructions, students can use chalk to draw a grid (e.g. 8×8) on the basketball court and choose 3 or 4 squares to place an ‘X’ inside of, which represent the prize boxes. In pairs, one student will provide verbal instructions to help guide their blindfolded partner to one of the prize boxes. If the students are successful, they will be rewarded with the prize in their chosen prize box.
