Task 4: Option 1


The question I have decided to use is:

  • How has technology impacted our day to day lives over the past 50 years?

This questions links to HASS where students are learning about past and present technologies. Children can inquire from great-grandparents, grandparents and parents  to investigate how the technology has changed over their life-time. This is a great opportunity for children engage with and learn about their family as well as the change in technology.

It prompts questions for discussion such as:

  • Did your grand-parents have smart phones?
  • Did your parents use electric cars?
