Planting Fruits and Vegetables

The program integrates Science in visual programming activity, captures each step and decision as an algorithmic process, and records data for future learning. The program also integrates Literacy as students will document the plant sequence and record data using the software. Moreover, students will walk around the classroom, 5–10 minutes, observing 2 or 3 other students’ work, thinking about three specific statements. Finally, students will use iPads to share feedback about a piece of work they saw.
