Ideas for teaching students remotely
Students at a young age are involved in lessons about creating and identifying simple patterns. The main idea of exploring patterns in early childhood is to provide children with the opportunity to sort, analyse and represent the data. If you are teaching remotely, one idea is to encourage the students to, firstly, identify different patterns at home and take photos. Then, after sharing the patterns with their peers, the children should be encouraged to create their own patterns with utensils they can find in the kitchen or in the living room, for instance.
