Using “I messages” in lower primary to explicitly teach foundational digital communication practices
I messages can help children to mindfully and safely resolve conflicts with communicating with one another. Several activities can be implemented in a lower primary setting to create awareness in children and to up skill children to safely and ethically communicate indirectly on their way to communicating indirectly using information technology
