Storytelling through Scratch

 

Using the Visual Programming environment of Scratch, students are to create a short animation that tells a story. This can be linked with an English content descriptor relevant to the specific Year Level and Achievement Standards. Students are to demonstrate their knowledge of Scratch by creating a short animation that involves a “Beginning, Middle and End”. The animation will then be shown to the class and students will engage in a class discussion on how they produced their animation.
