Task 6 – Option 2

An activity for early childhood children which can help them explore sequences of instructions could be the retelling of a story.

The teacher would first read the story over the course of a week (multiple times) then provide students with a blank story board. The students would then draw in logical order the parts of the story that happen from their own retelling. The teacher could scribe students’ work for clarification.
