Task 6: Option 2

The activity I have designed is a sequencing activity on instructions aimed at lower primary students, preferably foundation-2, in which they have to construct a sequenced story of their bed time routine.

Students are to firstly cut out the corresponding cards written below, and set out each instruction/sequence they do in their own order before bed. Once they have done this, students are to draw images next to the instruction of them completing the task and describe below each picture why they do it first, and what they do next recognising the importance of sequencing and that it can all lead to an outcome (the result) through using different steps (data).

Each box children write out their step then link each step in order using arrows at the end of the chart.
