A possible online remote learning activity relating to hardware and software would be to have students find an object in their home that performs a similar task as a particular piece of computer hardware, or like software.
An example of this could be a remote control for a TV. The comparison in this case would be to a CPU. This is because, like a CPU, the remote control essentially ‘tells’ the TV what to do.
Students would have to explain why their chosen object has a relation to digital systems.
