Task 4 Option 3


This is a great resource to introduce students to the concept of past and present technologies, and how they have changed over time. In subsequent lessons, students can explore the classroom, school and their homes to identify different technologies.

Students can use different coloured sticky notes and place one colour on objects they think are ‘new’ technologies, and the other colour on objects that are ‘old’ technologies. Classroom discussion will take place after the activity to give students a chance to justify why certain coloured sticky notes are on specific objects.
