Visual Programming using Compass Directions

As an extension on Blockly, students in my Stage 1 class were introduced to a coding program using compass directional arrows. The online course at code.org (Lesson 7: Loops with Harvester) was supported by explanations using Google Maps and a link to a Scootle education resource found at http://www.scootle.edu.au/ec/viewing/L351/index.html. The program enabled students to use repeat loops and demonstrate their understanding of debugging.
