Task 6 Option 2

When learning about repeating, growing and decreasing patterns in maths, students can get into pairs and create a pattern using explain everything on the ipads. Then they can describe their patterns to their partner without seeing it. Students can use a book or whiteboard to make a barrier. One student makes a pattern with shapes on their ipad and the other student is instructed to make the same pattern using verbal instructions. An extension activity of this could be to use symbols or emojis.
