‘going places safety’ is a great lesson to introduce internet safety and rules to students. It involved relating internet safety to an excursion. On an excursion in order to stay safe we stay with an adult, talk only to people we know and follow the rules. Similarly online there are 3 rules that help students stay safe online:

1. Always talk to your parent or teacher first.
2. Talk only to people you know.
3. Stick to places that are just right for you.
