Tracey Webb▸ Task 2: Data- Patterns & Play

I have used this Shape Monster Glyph activity with my Preps. I found it on Teachers Pay Teachers. The students use data about themselves (gender, age, hair colour, eye colour, number of letters in their name etc) and the data determines the type of monster. For example, girls have a semi-circle for their mouth, and boys have a rectangular mouth. We discussed the similarities and differences in our monsters and what information we can discover from each monster.
