I have just started teaching Digital Tech to kinder and have used an activity at the start of the year where the children have pictures of various school activities (such as the start of day/end of the day / going out for lunch) and they have to order them. I mix them up and we do the order (out of order and have a great laugh then put them back in order again.) If we have a similar activity picture such as collect our books or put something in our bag we redraw the picture to show how we can reuse lines of code.
