WA Education Dept schools now have access to OneNote, which allows for online collaboration between myself and colleagues, myself and students and between students in a safe, online environment. I am planning to use ClassNotebook this year for some collaborative group work. Students can all access working documents and make changes, notes, add attachments/pictures etc that can be seen immediately by other members in their group. I hope to use this to group students across multiple classrooms as I teach science for my year level and would love to have different classes working together online.

I think the Department has some training for OneNote, but I was lucky enough to have a look at it a couple of years ago and it is awesome. Students are already loaded through SIS. The school just needs to allow you access to it.
