For Task 2, I chose Option 1: Collect and visualize some data. As I am not in the classroom I chose to make an info graphic with some recent data that was collected by my family regarding this year's Christmas Holiday get together.
This was a great way to think about how I was going to represent my data in a creative yet informative way. I will be using software like this when I am back in the classroom!

I used the piktochart website. It was free and for a free site had really good functionality!
