My background before retraining as a Teacher's Aide was in Radio. Today I bring that experience to school by creating a 'radio show' each week with the older students where we broadcast what has happened at school during the week and promote what is coming up. The students, parents and staff love it.
I always get asked though about radio and how I make the show and edit the pieces, record the pieces, how I use music or sound effects.
There are many videos showing the history of Radio and how it has evolved today.
Students can learn the process themselves from the very beginnings of radio to what it has evolved to today and even make their own 'Radio Show'.
