We developed a behaviour tracking system where, every 4 weeks, all staff would record a students progress in class out of 6 (according to a matrix developed by the school community). The data is then stored and individually sent home to students parents so that they are able to discuss the behaviour and engagement of the students. The data is linked to reward systems & school representation. Time is set aside for students to view their individual data and reflect on their progress as a means of continual improvement.
