Using data from the Bureau of Meterology is always interesting, particularly with older grades. Data can be analysed within different KLAs such as maths, science and geography, depending on what you are looking to focus on.

Data from this website is useful for building background knowledge and generating discussion about weather patterns around Australia. I have used data form the BOM with my Stage 3 class last year, when investigating weather extremes and natural disasters.
