Task 7 – Option 2
Last year for our History unit, the year 3s used old and new photos of landmarks in our town and uploaded them to Scratch Junior. Using this app, the students created their own 'Historian' sprites and used their voice and text to describe the similarities and differences of the landmarks.
This was an activity for students to become familiar with the Scratch Jnr program as well as giving them a chance to demonstrate their knowledge from our history unit. The students ended up showing me a thing or 2 from the Scratch Junior app!
