Learning and using the Egyptian Hieroglyphic Alphabet.

Year 2 students were learning about Egypt and were also introduced to hieroglyphics. They used the hieroglyphic alphabet to spell their names and later to practise spelling their weekly spelling words as well as writing 'secret messages' to their peers to 'decode'.

Hieroglyphic numbers could also be used to write number sentences for the students to solve. #cserTask3
