My class of P-2 students used Scratch junior to explore movement and animation of sprites. The students worked weekly with a buddy from the 5-6 class, who assisted with reading issues, ideas and also problem solving. The students all developed an animation tin their small groups together with a story which they then shared with the rest of the group- using squirrels reflector so we could all view on the IWB. This idea is in the early stages and I can see lots more guided/in-depth learning which can now occur as result of the course!
